Ryan Gosling‘s got such a pretty face. Why not stamp it on your calf for all of eternity?

That’s what singer Ryan Cabrera did after playing a game of “tattoo roulette” with his friend.

“Me and my buddy, we go in [the tattoo parlor] and he chooses one thing off the wall for me, then I choose one thing for him,” Cabrera explained to Lance Bass on the SiriusXM Radio show “Dirty Pop.”

“You can’t see it until after it’s done and then we unveil them at the same time.”

Cabrera picked out a Hershey Kiss for his friend, while he got stuck with a smoldering black-and-white portrait of Ryan Gosling.

“The only rules are that it can’t be religious and it can’t offend anybody,” Cabrera said.

I’m certainly not offended by Ryan Gosling’s face — but can you believe that someone would agree to get a surprise tattoo that could be anything? Apparently, Cabrera also has ink of Care Bears and unicorns, so Ryan Gosling actually isn’t the most embarrassing image he’s had injected into his skin forever.

I wonder what Gosling would think of the tat. He’s made headlines recently for his opinions about the word “baby” — according to Us Weekly, a few days ago when a fashion photographer greeted his girlfriend Eva Mendes with “Hey, baby!”, Gosling shot back with, “Who are you calling baby?”

Apparently, Mendes calmed her beau down and he eventually shook the dude’s hand.

Maybe a little overkill, but I love the protective vibe. Maybe I should get a tattoo of Ryan G’s face to protect me!
