Justin Bieber may not be welcome in the Philippines after dissing Manny Pacquaio.

The Huffington Post reports the Biebs posted two doctored pics of Manny, a boxer and Filipino Congressman, to his Instagram account. In one photo, Manny is face down in the ring with Simba from The Lion King. Justin provided the caption, “Dad wake up.”

In the second controversial pic, Justin put Manny with Michael Jackson in a performance of “Smooth Criminal,” along with the joke, “Pacquiao doing the lean with MJ.. Classic moment.”

The Philippines Congress wants Bieber to apologize for his “distasteful comments…lest he be declared persona non grata. Mr. Bieber should have known that the Hon. Pacquiao has reached his stature as such as a result of sheer hard work, determination and firm belief in God, and despite such stature best exemplifies humility and grace even in defeat.”

I guess Bieber didn’t really understand what they meant by apology, since he responded, “if they were Beliebers I know they wouldn’t leave my side over [a] boxing opinion I have.”
