Are Baby Pandas Cute or Creepy? You Decide (VIDEOS)
With very few exceptions, baby animals are way cuter than their adult counterparts. They’re like smaller, fluffier, bigger-headed versions of the cute animals we know and love.
But when it comes to baby pandas, I’m on the fence. Their hair is all sparse and wiry and they move like they’re stop motion animated. I hate to say it, but they’re a little … well, creepy.
I mean, just look at this footage taken of a pair of twin baby pandas who were recently born at the Atlanta Zoo. That picture from the day after they were born is pure nightmare fuel. By day 25, things aren’t looking much better.
And then there’s this video of a baby panda sucking its thumb. Cute behavior for sure, but somehow it’s not giving me the warm fuzzies.
Luckily, there’s hope for baby pandas yet. Once they get a little older, they fluff up and get chubby and playful, and then it’s just cute city up in here.
What do you think? Are baby pandas creepy, or is there something about their mushy little old man faces that makes you fall in love?
