Meet Anala Beevers, a 4-year-old girl who’s probably not far off from ruling the world. Anala, who has a staggering IQ of 145, is the newest member of Mensa.

Anala learned the alphabet at four months old, when most babies are still getting a handle on the whole “rolling over” thing.

By the time she was a year and a half, Anala had learned to count in Spanish. Now, at age four, she knows the names of planets, dinosaurs, US state capitals and even the capital cities of countries around the world.

Watch her amazing brain in action. In this video, Anala names the capital cities of a bunch of foreign countries with total ease:

Anala says she’s smarter than her parents, and they’re not arguing. Apparently, the precocious girl is constantly correcting their grammar – which I imagine gets old pretty fast.

“She keeps us on our toes,” says her dad. “She’s a handful.”

Surprisingly, Anala isn’t the youngest person to be invited to join Mensa. Adam Kirby, a 2-year-old who potty trained himself after reading a book about it, was invited to join last month. Emmelyn Roettger was invited to join last year, when she was also just two years old.

As for Anala, the young genius hopes to be a nurse when she grows up. I have a feeling she’ll have no trouble doing anything she puts her mind to.
