5 Hot Celebs With Shaved Heads
Robert Pattinson recently stepped out in Australia with a shaved head — and while I miss his lustrous brown tresses, I have to admit that he still looks great! So, with that in mind, here are 5 male celebs with shaved heads (Spoiler: they’re still hot).
1. Robert Pattinson
According to HuffPo, R-Patz shaved his head for his upcoming film The Rover, in which he plays Reynolds, a gang member.
2. Matt Damon
Matt Damon has sported a bare dome for a few different film roles. In 2011, he shaved his head for the movie Elysium.
“I love it,” he told Access Hollywood of the minimal look. “I’m actually really enjoying it. It’s really easy, real low maintenance, and that I like.”
3. Channing Tatum
Is Channing Tatum ever not hot? Magic Mike has often sported a buzz cut, and was spotted with a bald head earlier this winter.
“Every single film I do I seem to have a shaved head or something close to it,” he said back in 2010. Looks like that trend is continuing — and we don’t mind!
4. Matthew McConaughey
Matthew McConaughey shaved his head back in late 2011 — but he’s also had issues with hair loss. When his tresses started looking fuller again, rumors swirled that he got hair plugs, so he addressed the topic in Elle.
“Regenix,” he explained. “Back in 1999, my hair was fallin’ out, so I started this stuff. And son of a gun if I didn’t bring my hair back so well that people think I went and got plugs.”
He also advises cutting your hair when the moon’s about to be full. Seriously.
5. Will Smith
In late 2011, Will Smith was spotted in Miami with a completely shaved head. Perhaps he inspired his daughter Willow, who shaved her head in 2012 (when she was 11).
“We let Willow cut her hair,” Will explained. “When you have a little girl, it’s like how can you teach her that you’re in control of her body? If I teach her that I’m in charge of whether or not she can touch her hair, she’s going to replace me with some other man when she goes out in the world. She can’t cut my hair but that’s her hair. She has got to have command of her body.”
