Wedding bells are ringing a third time for Oscar-winning actress and noted classy lady Kate Winslet. Kate tied the knot with Ned Rock’nRoll, the nephew of music mogul Richard Branson.

People confirms that the couple wed earlier this month in NYC. The ceremony was so private that even Kate and Ned’s parents weren’t in attendance. So, who better to walk her down the aisle than her Titanic and Revolutionary Road co-star Leonardo DiCaprio?

All in all, only a few close friends and family attended the ultra private wedding. Kate’s two children, Mia and Joel, were also there.

Kate shares her daughter Mia with her first husband Jim Threapleton and has joint custody of her son Joel with her second husband Sam Mendes. Both her previous husbands are directors.

Although Kate was never seen sporting an engagement ring, her rep confirms that the couple have been engaged since the summer. The two began dating in the fall of 2011.

Let me ask some obvious questions: Is that Ned’s real last name? Answer: No, he was born Ned Abel Smith. Will Kate change her surname to something a bit more rock and roll? The answer is probably not. Ned is the nephew of Richard Branson, so we can see the origins of his rock and roll last name.
