Justin Bieber, Rihanna Targeted by False Lawsuits

First, it was “Swatting”. Now, it seems that some prankster (or deranged individual) is pranking celebrities by filing ridiculous false lawsuits against them.

Earlier today, TMZ reported that someone claiming to Selena Gomez’s dad has filed a lawsuit against Justin Bieber.

The unidentified Michigan man claimed in the suit that Bieber impregnated Selena on a “Canadian bear rug” and gave her an STD, thus costing the man $426.78 in abortion money. The accuser claims that Bieber then stole his American Express card, which he used to purchase cocaine (to be used by himself and Sean P-Ditty[sic] Combs in “drug free school zones”), as well as a penis enlargement. Also, Usher raped him with a firework to the tune of Katy Perry’s ‘Firework’.

Yes, really. This is a real lawsuit that actually happened. But it gets weirder.

TMZ also reports that a person claiming to be Chris Brown has filed a lawsuit in Tennessee against Rihanna.

The accuser in this suit claims that RiRi gave him a potentially lethal case of Barbadian herpes. He’s looking for 10 million dollars and a restraining order against Rihanna.

There’s no word yet on whether the two cases are related. Could filing false lawsuits against celebrities be a new trend, not unlike the Swatting trend (by which Justin was also targeted) that’s been popular recently? Or is it the work of one or more unhinged people?
