Justin Bieber Throws Up on Stage (VIDEO)

If you’ve ever thrown up in public, you know that it’s one of the more humiliating experiences one can go through. But if you think losing your lunch in front of a group of bar patrons is embarrassing, you’ve got nothing on Justin Bieber. On Saturday, the poor thing puked in full view of over 18,000 screaming fans.

Everything seemed to be going off without a hitch for the first show of Justin’s world tour. But partway through Out of Town Girl, Justin suddenly turned his back to the crowd and threw up on stage. His background dancers and pre-recorded vocals continued the show as he ran backstage, only to return shortly afterward.

Despite his sickness, the Biebs powered through the rest of the 20-song set like a true pro, despite running off stage during Never Say Never to be sick again.

Later, Justin apologized to his thousands of adoring fans.

“Right now this is really hard because I’m feeling really sick,” he explained. “It’s not a great feeling when you’re throwing up in front of a bunch of people. But you know, I feel comfortable enough with you, that I can be myself and you don’t judge me.”

“Will you love me, even though I’m throwing up on stage?”

While some were quick to speculate that Justin’s unconventional theatrics were the result of too much alcohol, the singer offered up another explanation on his Twitter account.

“Milk was a bad choice!,” he Tweeted. And while this is obviously a quote from Anchorman and not necessarily an accurate explanation, evidence of its veracity can be found in the following picture, which Justin Tweeted that night:

Look at this face. This is the face of someone who has drank too much milk.
