The male stripper movie that had ladies and gents coming back for more may be coming back itself. That’s right, Channing Tatum has announced that a Magic Mike 2 could quite possibly be in the works.

During a Twitter Q&A for Glamour Magazine, Tatum responded to a question about the possibility of a sequel with, “Yes, yes and yes!”

“We’re working on the concept now. We want to flip the script and make it bigger.”

That’s right, ladies (and dudes). It’s back, and it’s bigger than ever. So, when will you be able to get your next fix of rippling abs and gyrating men?

While there are currently no concrete plans for filming and release, Joe Manganiello has hinted that the film may be a prequel rather than a sequel (which makes sense, if you know how the first one ends).

Magic Mike could rightly be called the surprise hit of the year, raking in $77 million in just two weeks in the theaters (covering its budget with an extra, oh, 70 million dollars to spare). Insert obvious joke about that $77 million being entirely in singles.
